The Town of Kingsville is happy to announce that the Food Bank is moving to Lions Hall. This Lions Club generously donated Lions Hall and Lions Park, located at 21 Mill Street North, to the Town in 2003.

Effective January 1, 2024, the Town of Kingsville moved to a lifetime dog-licensing program. Under the program, dog owners are only required to purchase a new “lifetime” license at a one-time fee of $75.

Applications for a Short-Term Rental Licence are now available on the Town’s website at www.kingsville.ca/STR.

On November 4, 2024, Kingsville Town Council adopted By-law 82-2024, which mandates that all Short-Term Rentals (STRs) in the Town must be licensed to operate or advertise.

Kingsville Town Council approved the 2025 Budget at its December 4, 2024 budget deliberations. The municipal tax increase is 3.

Council will review the following applications at its November 25, 2024 meeting: 

Applications for a residential subdivision, consent for land exchange, and a zoning by-law amendment at 1478 Road 2 East and the adjacent vacant lot at 0 Road 2 East.  Please note that a more updated version of the draft plan of subdivision is provided here, after the paper notices were mailed out to neighbouring property owners.

Artists from across Canada and United States propped their easels all over town, grabbing their inspiration from Kingsville’s various landscapes and landmarks, as part of the long-standing outdoor (or “en Plein air” in French) painting tradition that happens every fall in Kingsville

Tomorrow Friday, October 18 marks the official kick-off of the 55^th annual Migration Festival at the Grovedale Arts & Culture Centre (103 Park Street) starting at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.

There will be a cash bar open all night at the venue, a light chili dinner hosted by the 2^nd Kingsville Scouts, cake, and live performances ­from Jody Raffoul starting at 6:30 pm.
