• 308 Road 8 West & 314 Road 8 West: The applicant is proposing a lot addition to accommodate an upgrade to an existing septic system for a proposed new warehouse. The zoning amendment & official plan amendment are also required to allow for an industrial use.

The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) and the Town of Kingsville (Town) are carrying out a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) to expand or upgrade the Kingsville Wastewater Collection and Treatment System (wastewater system). The study is being completed in accordance with a Schedule ‘C’ Municipal Class EA process as set out by the Municipal Engineers Association.

• Conditionally approved a zoning amendment at Augustine Villas to allow construction of two townhouse structures with a total of 12 units.

• Awarded the tender of the Arena Slab Replacement Project.

Festivals and Events Ontario (FEO) announced the 2023 Top 100 Festivals and Events in Ontario at its Annual Conference "CELEBRATE" on March 8, 2023. Kingsville was thrilled to be acknowledged for both Kingsville Open Streets and Kingsville Migration Festival.
