Council approved updates to our Fees and Charges By-Law and Water and Sewer Rates. These new fees will take effect on January 1, 2025.
Additional sewage connection fees were approved in May 2025. Addendum Water and Sewer Rates
Rental fees for the Gosfield Communications Community Centre were approved in August 2025. Addendum New Community Centre

This Price List is compiled for reference purposes only. While the Town does its best to ensure all information is correct, all fees are imposed pursuant to the relevant by-law, unless otherwise indicated. If there is any discrepancy between the fee included on this list and the fee indicated in the relevant by-law, the fee indicated in the by-law prevails. Please contact the Clerk’s Office for a copy of the applicable by-law.
