Refund and Cancellation Policy
Any requests for refund or cancellation should be made in writing to:

In the absence of any formal policy on the matter, any request for refund or cancellation is subject to managements’ approval.
Facility Rentals
A deposit of 50% of the entire rental amount is required at the time of booking, unless the booking is fewer than 60 days out, at which point the full amount is required.
Cancellation:
- 60 days out or more: full refund minus a $25 administration refund fee.
- 60 days or less: no refund.
Each facility has an applicable cleaning and damage deposit. See our Fees for specific details.
Planning Services
A refund of 60% will be provided if an application is filed but withdrawn prior to the holding of any public open house or meeting.

All refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars.
