Rec for All

Support and Financial Assistance

The Town of Kingsville has two 'Rec for All' programs that provide financial assistance to residents interested in participating in sports and programming.

Recreation Assistance Program

Funded by the City of Windsor and the County of Essex, Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a strategy that aims to provide families and children in Windsor-Essex with opportunities to participate in their communities and to reach their full potential. The Recreation Assistance Program, part of P2P, provides funding to support residents in Kingsville (Youth under 18 and Seniors over 60), who otherwise could not access recreation opportunities. Please call the Arena or email programs@kingsville.ca for details.

Kingsville Youth Recreation and Culture Fund

The Kingsville Youth Recreation and Culture Fund assists those who do not qualify for the P2P discount program but are struggling to afford recreation fees. We created this program with fundraising dollars raised during the Mayor's Spotlight on Business Golf Tournament. Eligible applicants can receive a 50% discount for qualifying recreational programs. Eligible applicants must be Kingsville residents under 18 years of age. Please call the Arena or email programs@kingsville.ca for details.

We thank Estate of Health for their significant contribution to supporting programming in Kingsville as the presenting sponsor of the Mayor's Spotlight on Business Golf Tournament in 2025.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart

You can also apply for Jumpstart if your child is between four and 18 years old. It can help you with registration, equipment and travel fees for a sport or program. To learn more about how to apply, call 1-844-937-7529 or visit the Jumpstart website.
