LTW Transit Service Ending April 30, 2026
The Leamington to Windsor (LTW) Transit Service will be discontinued effective April 30, 2026.
This outcome follows the expiry of provincial funding and the County of Essex’s decision not to provide ongoing financial support for the regional service. The Municipality of Leamington has extended the LTW route until the end of April 2026 to support post-secondary students and other riders who depend on the service through the 2025–2026 academic year.
Since its launch in 2019, LTW has provided an important transportation link for residents travelling between Leamington, Kingsville, Essex, and Windsor, connecting people to education, employment, and essential services.
The Town of Kingsville thanks all riders who have used the service during its operation and encourages residents to plan ahead for this upcoming change.
