Birth Certificates

The Town of Kingsville does not register births. Please contact Service Ontario to register your child's birth or visit their website at Newborn Registration Service

If your birth certificate is lost, stolen or damaged, you must report it immediately to the Office of the Register General.

Death Certificates

The Town of Kingsville issues burial permits to funeral homes. If you would like to order a death certificate, please visit the Service Ontario website. Find information on our cemeteries. 

Marriage Licensing and Civil Ceremony Services

The Town of Kingsville has temporarily suspended its Marriage Licensing and Civil Ceremony services for an undetermined period while the process is modernized to provide a better customer experience. All current appointments booked with Licensing Staff will be honoured. Marriage Licences can be obtained from other local municipalities.
