Election Signs

The Election Sign By-law 76-2018 regulates the placement of election signs in the Town of Kingsville. A refundable security deposit must be paid to the Town before the placement of election signs. Election signs that are placed in contravention of the By-law may removed by the Town and are subject to a sign removal fee which shall be deducted from the security deposit.

The application form and payment of the security deposit must be completed before the placement of any election signs. This applies to all federal, provincial, and municipal elections.
