Approved zoning changes for the property at 197 Lansdowne Avenue, shifting it from “Industrial” to “Commercial.” Council also updated the Zoning By-law to allow for fewer parking spaces (42) and to exempt trucks and trailers from needing a paved area for turning.

Name Preliminary Work on Watermain for New West Side Collector Road to Begin Monday, March 17, 2025Preliminary work on construction of the watermain for the new west side collector road extending Heritage Road to Road 2 West will begin on Monday, March 17, 2025 and continue throughout the year. The watermain will service the south western portion of Kingsville.
