Planning a child's birthday party can be overwhelming. Let us take the reins! Our stress-free party package offers a fun-filled experience for kids while giving parents a much-needed break. Our dedicated staff will handle practically every detail, from exciting activities and inventive crafts to colourful decorations and the tasty ice cream sundae bar. We ensure your child's special day is unforgettable. All you need to bring is your lunch and friends!

Groups of up to 12 children $230 plus tax

Groups of up to 24 children $330 plus tax

Additional participants each $20.00 plus tax

Birthday parties run for two hours: an hour of staff-led activities (active games and crafts), a half-hour to make and eat your ice cream sundae, and a half-hour for opening presents. Our birthday party packages are held at Lions Hall, 21 Mill Street West in Kingsville. The hall is dependent on size and availability and determined by staff.

Jump and Create (Ages 2-6)

Come and play with us, with our kinder-gymnastics equipment and large blocks! Colour your giant birthday banner, and enjoy some classic birthday games.

Krafty Kids (Ages 4-12)

Our Krafty Kids make their own fun, literally! Be guided through an age-appropriate craft that party-goers can bring home. The kids will take part in creative games, continuing the fun while the glue dries.

Super Science (Ages 4-12)

The best gift of all is learning something new! Take part in an age-appropriate science experiment at this birthday party. Party guests will participate in science-themed fun and experiments.

Frost and Fun (Ages 5-12)

Have a sweet experience by being a Junior Baker for the afternoon! Design your dream desserts and decorate your donuts with a variety of fun toppings.

Call us at the Kingsville Arena, 519-733-2123, extension three or email programs@kingsville.ca. Birthday parties must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance of the intended date. Booking earlier is encouraged to ensure you secure your preferred date.

Can I (the parent) stay?

Yes! Parents (and parents of the guests) are welcome to stay.

Can I bring food?

Guests are welcome to bring in food, but please note that the facility rental does not include serving dishes or cutlery.

What is the schedule?

Birthday parties run for two hours; an hour of staff-led activities (active games and crafts), half hour to make and eat your ice cream sundae, and half hour for opening presents. Any downtime will have staff-supervised unstructured play.

How is it decorated?

Each party is decorated with a birthday banner, balloon pillar, colouring banner, and supplies for ice cream sundaes

All Birthday Party packages will follow the predetermined floor plan with no changes or substitutions available. The set up includes seating for eating, activities, a present table, and a serving table (if needed).

Tables and chairs will be set up in accordance to the number of people. Tables are rectangular in shape and 8 feet long by 2.5 feet wide. Guests are welcome to bring in their own decorations but we cannot allow early access or late access, and decorations need to be completed within the allotted time.
