Tax Certificates provide the current status of a tax account including taxes levied, payments made and penalties accrued (if applicable). They also confirm the owner and legal description of a property. Water/sewage account balances (if applicable) are included on the tax certificate.

• Standard Tax Certificate: $75.00 for a response within 5 business days
• Rush Tax Certificate: $150.00 for a response within 2 business days

The Town of Kingsville recently launched a new Property Records Request ("PRR") process, which replaces the former Property Information Request ("PIR") process. 

The PRR process provides property owners, realtors, and lawyers a convenient way to access a variety of records from the Town's Building, Engineering, Planning, By-law, Fire and Finance Departments, that may support real estate transactions such as sales and refinancing.
