Ruthven Subdivision Reconstruction Begins this Summer

The Town of Kingsville will begin Phase One of its Ruthven Subdivision Reconstruction project this summer with an estimated completion date of December 1, 2026. This work was originally slated to begin in 2025 but was deferred due to time constraints.

The project is part of the Town's regular Asset Management Planning and involves a major reconstruction of Queen Boulevard, Prince Street, and Lee Road to repair aging infrastructure. Phase Two follows in the summer of 2027, and includes Woodfern Avenue, Willow Drive and Peach Drive.
