The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following applications at its September 15, 2026 meeting:

1334, 1354, 1386, and 1402 Seacliff Drive: Applications for lot additions. The applicant is proposing to sever portions of land from 1334 Seacliff Drive to be added to 1354 Seacliff Drive, from 1402 Seacliff Drive to be added to 1386 Seacliff Drive, and from 1354 Seacliff Drive to be added to 1386 Seacliff Drive. Application B-2026-5 would accommodate an existing accessory structure entirely within a single lot. B-2026-5-7-8
