The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following applications at its October 20, 2026 meeting:

2044 and 2008 Seacliff Drive (County Road 20): An application for a lot addition. The applicant is proposing to sever a portion of land from 2044 Seacliff Drive and add it to 2008 Seacliff Drive. B-2026-6

237 County Road 34 East and Vacant Land County Road 34 East: An application for a lot addition. The applicants are proposing to sever a portion of land from 237 County Road 34 East and add it to an adjacent vacant parcel to the northwest. B-2026-9
