Planning Notices and Meetings

The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following applications at its November 10, 2026 meeting:

1647 and 1649 Road 2 East: An application for a lot addition. The applicants are proposing to sever a portion of 1647 Road 2 East to be added to 1649 Road 2 East. B-2026-13

1500 Heritage Road (County Road 50): An application for lot creation. The applicants are reapplying for a severance approved in 2024, which is set to expire, to create one new residential lot. B-2026-14

1422, 1500 and 1270 Road 3 East: An application for consent. The applicant is proposing a legal easement that allows stormwater from the neighbouring property to drain into an existing stormwater management pond. B-2026-15

The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Please review the above notices and follow the directions to submit your comments.
