Planning Items for Review at the July 13, 2026 Council Meeting
Council will review the following applications at its July 13, 2026 meeting:
- VL County Road 20: An application to amend zoning to remove the holding provision and permit the applicant to proceed with development of 26 semi-detached dwelling units. ZBA-2026-5
- 175 Wigle Avenue: An application for Phase 2 of the Tamam Gardens draft plan of subdivision, proposing 12 semi-detached and 9 townhouse dwelling units. The applicant is also requesting to amend zoning to facilitate proposed development. The public is invited to attend the Council meeting and/or provide comments on this phase of development. SUB-2026-1 and ZBA-2025-9
The meeting starts at 6:00 pm. Please review the above notices and follow the directions to submit your comments. Council meetings are held at the Unico Hall Community Centre, 37 Beech Street.
