Notice of Public Meeting for Town-Wide Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment

Kingsville Town Council will review the following applications at its July 27, 2026 meeting:

OPA & ZBA-2026-1: Applications for Town-Wide Official Plan Amendment and a Zoning By-law Amendment.

Further to direction from Council in December 2025, the Town of Kingsville is proposing to adjust the Kingsville Primary Settlement Area and the Cottam Secondary Settlement Area to reflect the County of Essex Official Plan, introduce a new Future Urban Development designation and apply the designation to the adjusted lands, revise Secondary Planning and Oil and Gas well policies, and extend the Main Street Gateway as a result of a lot line adjustment.
