Kingsville Welcomes Firefighters with Badge Pinning Ceremony

The Town of Kingsville proudly welcomed 13 firefighters into the Kingsville Fire Department during a Badge Pinning Ceremony held on September 10, 2026. The ceremony recognized the recruits' successful completion of their one-year probationary period.

“Many people are surprised to learn just how much training is required to become a volunteer firefighter in Kingsville,” said Fire Chief Scott Moore. “Our recruits complete more than 200 hours of online and in-class training, preparing them to respond to a wide range of emergencies.”
