Kingsville to Send-Off David (Tiger) Coward as he Begins Cross-Country Adventure
The Town of Kingsville invites the community to join in a send-off for David (Tiger) Coward, as he embarks on an ambitious Great Lakes-to-Arctic Ocean motorcycle journey across Canada that aims to celebrate Canadian communities, inspire exploration, and foster a sense of national unity.
Follow Coward’s expedition, “South to North: A Canadian Motorcycle Journey,” as he rides his Triumph Tiger 1200 from Kingsville to Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, the northernmost community in Canada accessible by road.
The journey will span multiple provinces and territories and includes some of the most remote and challenging highways in the country. Kingsville was chosen as his starting point for our distinction as Canada’s southernmost town.
Residents are encouraged to meet at the Municipal Office for a community send-off on Tuesday, June 2 at 2:00 pm. Or line up along the send-off route as he travels from Division Road to Main Street and turns north on Jasperson Drive towards the Kingsville Arena. After passing the Arena he will continue independently to begin his journey. Bring signs and flags and help us give Coward a spirited community send-off.
Coward will post daily travel blogs, photos, and updates on his Tiger Coward Facebook page, follow his journey along the way. Hope to see you on June 2!
