At its September 14, 2026 meeting, Council:

Approved a three-year extension to the Draft Plan of Subdivision for 195 Main Street and directed Administration to send the resolution of support to the County of Essex.

Approved the removal of the interior features of the Warren R. House at 126 Division Street North that are protected under the property's heritage designation.

Awarded the Janitorial Maintenance Contract to Elite in the amount of $83,685.88, excluding HST.

Approved the extension of the appointments of Barry Wilson and Tim Sunderland to the Union Water System Inc. Board of Directors for an additional two-year term ending on December 31, 2028.
