Tax Certificates provide the current status of a tax account including taxes levied, payments made and penalties accrued (if applicable). They also confirm the owner and legal description of a property. Water/sewage account balances (if applicable) are included on the tax certificate.

Fees:

• Standard Tax Certificate: $75.00 for a response within 5 business days
• Rush Tax Certificate: $150.00 for a response within 2 business days

Please complete one request form per roll number.

The Town of Kingsville is not currently processing Property Information Report requests.

The following services are available to find information for a particular property:

• To request a tax certificate, please fill out the Tax Certificate Request Form. Tax Certificates provide the current status of a tax account including taxes levied, payments made, and penalties accrued (if applicable). They also confirm the owner and legal description of a property. Water/sewage account balances (if applicable) are included on the tax certificate.
• To determine the zoning of a property, please use our online mapping service or contact planning@kingsville.ca.

Property specific information can only be released to the property owner. If you are not the property owner, copies of any related records will not be supplied to you. If you are the property owner, please contact the Building Department at building@kingsville.ca to request your information.
