The Town is beginning watermain construction on County Road 20 shortly after April 1st, weather permitting.

To accommodate this work, County Road 20 between Heritage Road and McCain Sideroad will be limited to local traffic for the duration of construction. Drivers that are simply trying to pass through the construction zone should avoid the area and follow the signed detour route to avoid traffic delays. This is necessary to ensure the safety of both the public and construction crews while work is underway.

Properties and businesses located within the construction zone will continue to be accessible throughout the project via County Road 20.  Businesses will remain open as usual.

The work is expected to take up to twelve weeks.
