As the union representing Canada Post workers has shifted its strike action to rotating stoppages, the Town of Kingsville has opted to mail out the Gosfield South area water bills.

Residents should understand that while mail is moving again, the delivery schedule remains unpredictable, and delays and backlogs are expected.

As a result, the Town still encourages residents in the Gosfield South area to consider alternate methods to receive their bills or balance. You can:

• Sign up for paperless billing to receive your bill in your email (Recommended)
• Visit the Municipal Office during office hours to request a physical copy of your bill
• Call us at 519-733-2305 or email water@kingsville.ca to request your account balance

Please remember that this billing cycle is exclusively for water users in the Gosfield South area. All payments are due by October 31, 2025. Payments can be made online, at your bank, or in person at the Municipal Office, 2021 Division Road North. There is an after-hours drop box by the front entrance for any payments that come in outside of regular office hours.

If you are unsure if you are in the Gosfield South area, please double-check your address on our Water Route Map or refer to a previous bill to confirm that your account number begins with a '0'.

Residents in the Gosfield North section will receive their bills in November.
