Planning Items for Review at the August 11, 2025 Council Meeting
Kingsville Town Council will review the following applications at its August 11, 2025 Council meeting:
- 2170 Talbot Road (County Road 34):An application for zoning amendment. The applicant is proposing to process excess soil on site. ZBA-2025-05
- 2135 Talbot Road (County Road 34):An application for zoning amendment. The applicant is proposing to add the keeping of livestock as a permitted use. ZBA-2025-06
- 175 Wigle Avenue: An application to amend the zoning. The applicant is proposing the holding provisions be lifted to permit development of certain blocks within a previously approved plan of subdivision. ZBA-2025-08
We are now holding Council and Committee meetings at the Unico Hall Community Centre, 37 Beech Street.
