Kingsville Food Bank Finds New Home at Lions Hall

Mayor, Lions Club members and Food Bank representatives hold a key together

The Town of Kingsville is happy to announce that the Food Bank is moving to Lions Hall. This Lions Club generously donated Lions Hall and Lions Park, located at 21 Mill Street North, to the Town in 2003.

The Hall will now provide space to the Food Bank and other service groups looking to book meeting space. At the Key Transfer Ceremony on January 16, 2025, Mayor Rogers expressed his excitement about how this new collaboration will benefit more local service groups.

“The Food Bank's relocation to Lions Hall is the first step in a new arrangement that will benefit many of our service groups and residents," said Mayor Rogers.

The Town is investing in Lions Hall this year with a new roof, new heating and cooling systems, and some electrical improvements.

The Food Bank will take some weeks to renovate the space before moving out of its current location.

The Town expresses its appreciation to the Lions Club, which will continue to hold its meetings and activities out of this location.
