The Town of Kingsville has initiated a Settlement Area Boundary review to determine the future of residential and employment growth in our community.

This review builds on the County of Essex's comprehensive Land Needs Assessment.

Visit the Settlement Area Boundary Review project on our citizen engagement portal, HaveYourSayKingsville.ca to recommend land for consideration, share your thoughts, and ask questions about the review. Your input will help shape the future of our community.

Landowners who want their lands considered in this review can fill out an official Expression of Interest. Lands will be evaluated based on Provincial and County policies to ensure:

• Lands can be developed responsibly
• Municipal services (water, sanitary, stormwater) are planned or available to support new growth areas
• Negative impacts of the boundary adjustmentsare mitigated as much as possible

Administration will review all submitted lands and present recommendations to the Council at a future public meeting.
