At its March 9, 2026 meeting, Council:

Directed Administration to execute an Agreement with Amico Properties Inc. to allow stormwater infrastructure to be built on 174 Main Street West to facilitate future construction of a West Side Collector Road

Adopted By-law 13-2026 to collect and administer Damage Deposits upon the issuance of a Building Permit. As part of this update, the Fees and Charges By-law 68-2025 and the Notice By-law 66-2018 were also amended

Adopted By-law 16-2026 to amend the Traffic and Parking By-law 21-2005, changing the “No Parking” zone adjacent to 141 and 143 Walker Drive to “No Stopping”

Approved the 2026 Kingsville Community Grants Awards and transferred the 2025 unallocated Community Grant funds of $8,000 to the Community Grants Reserve

Approved the purchase of one dump truck/snowplow at the cost of $450,600 plus HST

Appointed Barry Wilson to the Union Water Supply System Inc. Board of Directors

Approved the 2025 Drinking Water Summary Report and the Council and Committee – 2025 Statement of Remuneration & Expenses
