- Adopted the reports provided by Dillon Consulting for the Highway 3 Widening project for improvements to the drains and crossing within the MTO right of way

Kingsville Town Council will review the following application at its December 11, 2023, meeting:
165 County Road 34 West: An application for the removal of a holding symbol. The applicant plans to demolish the current structures on the property and build a new single-detached dwelling. Temporary Water Shut-off Required to Accommodate Highway 3 Widening Project

The Province's Highway 3 widening project requires us to relocate a sizable watermain.
To complete the final tie-ins, we must shut down the watermain on Division Road North next Monday, December 4th and Tuesday, December 5th. As a result, residents in the following areas may experience a loss of water service: Road 7 West, McCain Side Road (between Roads 6 & 7), Road 6 West, Road 5 West, and Division Road (between Roads 5 & 6).

The Ontario government has announced the Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians Program is now open in certain areas of Kingsville. This program may help residents, small businesses, and farms who suffered property damage due to the storms and flooding on August 23, 2023.
