The Mayor will call your name and welcome you to the Council Meeting. You will have time to speak to Council. Council will discuss your matter and if appropriate ask you questions. No more than one person shall speak at a time and proper language shall always be used.
After you speak and answer any questions, Council may discuss the matter further and will make a decision. You do not have to stay for the whole meeting and can leave after Council has discussed your item.
