Proposed fees for 2025

We review our fees and charges annually to ensure they are set at the appropriate levels to maintain efficiencies in the municipality. Kingsville Town Council will consider amendments to the Fees and Charges Bylaw and the Water and Sewage Rate Bylaw at its regular Council meeting on Monday, November 25, 2024. The meeting begins at 6:00 pm.

Current fees

Council approved updates to our Fees and Charges ByLaw and Water and Sewer Rates. These new fees took effect on January 1, 2024.

This Price List is compiled for reference purposes only.  While the Town does its best to ensure all information is correct, all fees are imposed pursuant to the relevant by-law, unless otherwise indicated.  If there is any discrepancy between the fee included on this list and the fee indicated in the relevant by-law, the fee indicated in the by-law prevails.  Please contact the Clerk’s Office for a copy of the applicable by-law.
