Council Priorities
2021-2022
Since the approval of Kingsville's 2017 Strategic Plan, the Town has experienced many changes:
- A steady rise in population
- New members on Council
- New CAO and members of Administration, and
- The COVID-19 world health pandemic
As a result, Council underwent a midterm strategic refresh to identify its top priorities for the rest of the term. Through a combination of public input and administrative/council workshops, Council ranked its priorities in order of importance, and agreed on its Top 15. Council also acknowledged that COVID-19 community health and safety is the overarching priority. These priorities were used to develop the CAO Action Plan for 2021 and 2022.
