Utilities, Water and Wastewater
The Town of Kingsville provides water, wastewater and storm water services where available.
Please note: the existence of a water main on your street does not necessarily mean we can provide service. Our Infrastructure and Engineering Services Department reviews water service applications on a case by case basis.

Billing
Kingsville bills water and wastewater services every three months. Find Billing information and Rate details.
Buried Services Work
Anyone completing buried services work within the Town’s right-of-way must be an authorized contractor of the Town. The Town makes no representations, statements, warranties or assurances constituting an implied or express endorsement of these contractors’ workmanship, capabilities, or qualifications on private property and is not liable for any losses or damages caused by hiring them. The Town has taken every precaution to ensure the approved servicing contractors list is current and accurate. However, errors can occur. It remains the resident’s responsibility to do their due diligence and screen the contractor to verify their qualifications and determine their suitability for the intended project.
