Bulk Water Filling Station

The Town of Kingsville has a Bulk Water Filling Station located at the Municipal Office, 2021 Division Road North.

Bulk Water Rate: $3.50 per cubic meter

To access the station, please follow these steps:

1. Create an approved Flowpoint Account on our Flowpoint Portal.
2. Prepay for bulk water at the Municipal Office Customer Service desk during regular hours using cash, cheques, or a debit card. Credit card payments are not accepted.
3. Use your Access code/Pin at the Filling Station.
4. Bring your own fill hose as well as any necessary adapters for connection between the water station and your tank.
5. Ensure discharge tanks have a 2-inch Camlock fitting.

Office Hours: Weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Payments will be applied within 48 hours. Additionally, prepayment will not be accepted without a pre-approved Flowpoint account.
