Tenant deposits are refunded when the account is closed, net of any outstanding charges. Please submit a Tenant Deposit Form with your deposit.
Tenant Guarantees
Any property owner in the Town of Kingsville that is in good standing with their accounts can "guarantee" the water account for a tenant.
