Day Camps and PA Days
Day Camp Programs
The Town of Kingsville hosts day camps throughout the year, including PA Day Camp and Summer Camps. Registration can be completed online at Kingsville Click and Play, in person at the Kingsville Arena, 1741 Jasperson Drive, or over the phone by calling 519-733-2123. We strongly suggest online registration as there is limited space available.
The Town of Kingsville’s required supervision standards ensure the safe management and supervision of campers.
- One camp staff per 8 campers ages 4-6 years
- One camp staff per 10 campers ages 7-12 years
Refunds will only be issued if the Town of Kingsville has cancelled the program.
PA Day Camp
We offer day camp on PA days for ages 4 to 12. Camp runs 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Cost is $40.00 per registrant.

Summer Camp
We offer week-long themed day camps throughout the summer. The rate is $175.00+HST per participant/per week. Optional hot lunches may be purchased for Mondays and Fridays, $10+HST per day. Registration is available at Kingsville Click and Play.
Scheduling Information
Morning Drop Off
- Morning drop-off begins at 7:30 am and camp begins at 9:00 am.
- No child can be dropped off before 7:30 am; there is no supervision at this time.
- A late drop-off could mean that your child's group has already left for their daily activities.
- Children must be accompanied to Auditorium A and be checked in for the day by a parent/guardian.
- Each Wednesday during summer camp, drop-off and pick-up will be at Lakeside Park Pavilion, 315 Queen Street.
Evening Pick Up
- Afternoon pick-up is from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
- Remember to sign your child out with a designated camp leader.
- You, or your designated pick-up person, must show a photo ID to pick up your child. We have this policy to ensure your child's safety. You must add any approved pick-up contacts to your “Designated Pick-up Person Information” upon registration through the website.
- Each Wednesday during summer camp, drop-off and pick-up will be at Lakeside Park Pavilion, 315 Queen Street.
- We must charge additional fees if the child is picked up after 5:30 pm ($10, per 15 minutes).
Wednesday Camp Days
- We will run camp out of Lakeside Park Pavilion Park every Wednesday for the summer camps. Please note that drop-off and pick-up will be at this location for all Wednesdays of camp.
Time Commitment
- Our summer camp/March Break registration is for the entire week.
- Looking for single day registration? Check one week before camp starts to see if there are any one-day passes available. Single day registration is $40.00 plus HST, subject to availability. No refunds.
- Campers are expected to be there for the entirety of the camp day. If there are alternative arrangements (i.e. appointments) please let the staff know as soon as possible.

Behaviour |
We expect campers to follow our behaviour guidelines to create a safe space for other campers, volunteers, and staff. Our staff will be positive role models and understand the age and stage of the camper when addressing behaviour. Behaviour Guidelines

If at any time a child's behaviour poses an immediate safety threat to themselves, other children, or staff, we will promptly contact the parent or caregiver to pick up the child immediately. Campers must also be:
If your child needs more support than our staff are trained to provide, we will contact you to determine if they can continue at camp. If we remove your child from camp, you will receive a reimbursement for the camp days they do not attend. |

Allergies |
Upon registration on Kingsville's online recreation portal, Kingsville Click and Play, please identify all allergies. This information will be visible to your child's camp leader. |
Medications |
The Town prefers you administer all medications at home before arriving at camp. However, if medication is brought to camp, it must be contained in the prescribed container with physician and dosage information and shall be administered by the participant. Parents/guardians must sign in medications each morning with our staff. They must also sign out medications at pick-up time each evening and take them home. Please note that our staff are not permitted to administer any medication to participants unless it is epinephrine (Epi-Pen) for an emergency anaphylaxis. |
Outdoor Activities |
Campers will be spending scheduled time outside every day, weather permitting. Please send your camper with appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and a water bottle. We will take regular breaks to drink water and reapply sunscreen. |

Lunches |
We offer hot lunches for campers on MONDAYS and FRIDAYS during summer camp for $10.00+HST per lunch. You must purchase lunches at registration or five business days in advance. Please tell your child to refrain from sharing or accepting food from other campers. Please send your child to camp with enough snacks for two snack breaks (morning and afternoon), lunch, drinks and water. If your child receives a lunch purchased through our hot lunch offerings (Monday and Friday only), you must still send your child with snacks and beverages for the rest of the day. Children must come with a lunch each day or have a pre-purchased lunch. |
