Birthday Parties
Planning a child's birthday party can be overwhelming. Let us take the reins! Our stress-free party package offers a fun-filled experience for kids while giving parents a much-needed break. Our dedicated staff will handle practically every detail, from exciting activities to inventive crafts, the colourful decorations to the tasty ice cream sundae bar. This ensures your child's special day is unforgettable. All you need to bring is your lunch and friends!
Groups of up to 12 children $230+tax
Groups of up to 24 children $330+tax
Additional participants $20.00+tax each
Birthday parties run for two hours; an hour of staff-led activities (active games and crafts), half-hour to make and eat your ice cream sundae, and half-hour for opening presents. Our birthday party packages are held at the Kingsville Arena; the hall is dependent on size and availability and determined by staff.

| Krafty Kids (Ages 4 to 12) |

Our Krafty Kids make their own fun; literally! Be guided through a fun age-appropriate craft that party-goers can bring home. The kids will take part in creative games, continuing the fun while the glue dries. |
| Super Science (Ages 4 to 12) |

The best gift of all is learning something new! Take part in an age-appropriate science experiment at this fun birthday party. Party guests will also be instructed on how to make a craft which blends together science with fun! |
| Junior Baker (Ages 5 to 12) |

Have a sweet experience by being a Junior Baker for the afternoon! Design your dream desserts and decorate your donuts with a variety of fun toppings. |

Call us at the Kingsville Arena, 519-733-2123 extension 3 or email programs@kingsville.ca. Birthday parties must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance of the intended date. Booking earlier is encouraged to ensure you secure your preferred date.

| Can I (the parent) stay? |

Yes! Parents (and parents of the guests) are welcome to stay. |
| Can I bring food? |
|
Guests are welcome to bring in food, but it is noted that the facility rental does not include serving dishes or cutlery. |
| What is the schedule? |
|
Birthday parties run for two hours; an hour of staff-led activities (active games and crafts), half-hour to make and eat your ice cream sundae, and half-hour for opening presents. Any downtime will have staff-supervised unstructured play. Guests can choose from two options:

| How is it decorated? |
|
Each party is decorated with balloons, coloured table clothes, and colourful happy birthday banners and garlands. All Birthday Party packages will follow the pre-determined floor plan with no changes or substitutions available. The set up includes seating for eating, activities, a present table, and a serving table (if needed). Tables and chairs will be set up in accordance to the number of people. Tables are rectangular in shape and 8 feet long x 2.5 feet wide. Guests are welcome to bring in their own decorations but we cannot allow early access or late access; decorations need to be completed within the allotted time. |
