Flooding Protection Subsidies
The Town of Kingsville offers two Flooding Protection Subsidy Programs to assist homeowners: the Backyard Flooding Protection Subsidy and the Basement Flooding Protection Subsidy. If you are interested in taking advantage of either of these subsidies, please use this form to request the appropriate application(s).
Kingsville Community Grant Fund
The Kingsville Community Grant Fund provides financial assistance to organizations that benefit the general public. We have recently updated the Kingsville Community Grant Fund Policy. Here is an overview of the changes:
- We extended the application deadline date to November 30th
- Applications are now for cash grants only, to a maximum of $10,000 per applicant. Any requests for in-kind assistance (such as setting up road barriers), reduction in facility rental fees or any other fee waived on a Town owned facility can be submitted through requests@kingsville.ca at any time.
Eligibility
To be eligible, organizations must be a:
- Registered charitable organization
- Registered not-for-profit organization
- Volunteer group
Eligible funding categories include:
- Social and community services
- Seniors or youth
- Historical, arts & cultural events or organizations
- Fundraisers for municipal projects
- Community beautification and protection or preservation of the environment
- Event sponsorship
