Economic Development and Tourism

Sue Rice is Kingsville's first Economic Development and Tourism Officer. Sue holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Windsor. She has twenty-five years of public relations experience, including marketing and sales, customer service and retention, event management and fundraising.

Economic Development and Tourism supports business by:

• Supporting business members through programming and initiatives
• Liaising between administration, groups and agencies to create connections and highlight opportunities
• Celebrating business achievements with Mayoral ribbon cuttings for business openings, anniversary certificates, etc. 

Building Services

Rob Frias is Kingsville's Chief Building Official.  Rob has a diploma from St. Clair College in Civil Engineering Technology and has been serving the Kingsville community as a Building Official since 2006.  Rob is fully accredited by the Province of Ontario for building qualifications and has designations as a “Certified Building Code Official” as well as his “Municipal Administration Program."
