Vacant Land Heritage Road: Minor variance application to grant owner relief from minimum front-yard depth to match setbacks to neighbouring properties and provide sufficient space from wetland to the rear of the lot. A 12 22

9 Gregory Avenue: Minor variance application to grant owner relief from maximum lot coverage (35% to 39%.) A 16 22

Lot 22 Gregory Avenue: Minor variance application to grant owner relief from maximum lot coverage (35% to 39%.) A 17 22

52 Redwood Avenue: Minor variance application to grant owner relief from interior side yard width limitations to allow 1.2 m interior side yards on both sides of their dwelling (to be built). A 18 22

101 and 93 Chelsea Crescent: Consent application to sever Part of Lot 25 and Lot 26 from Lot 27 and attach Lot 27 to Lot 28. B 26 22

VL Road 7 East: Consent application for lot creation. B 31 22

VL Jasperson Drive: Minor variance application requesting relief from minimum exterior side yard setback. A 20 22

54 Redwood Avenue: Minor variance application requesting relief from interior side yard width. A 19 22
