Parade Safety Tips for Saturday's Fantasy of Lights Parade

The Town of Kingsville looks forward to the Santa Claus Parade, presented by SK Cornerstone, this Saturday, November 15, 2025. Whether you're attending or not, please note the parade time and planned road closures to prevent any travel delays that day.
The parade starts at 5:00 pm. It leaves from the intersection of Wigle, turns west onto Main and south onto Division, ending at Park. See a map of the parade route. Wigle closes at 3:00 pm to allow for staging and reopens at 6:15 pm.

With winter around the corner, the Town of Kingsville reminds residents and business owners about the importance of keeping streets clear for our snow plows to pass safely. This includes removing portable items such as basketball nets, garbage cans, and portable signs and refraining from parking on the road during on-street parking bans.

Planning Items for Review at the November 18, 2025 Committee of Adjustment and Appeals

The Committee of Adjustment and Appeals will review the following application at its November 18, 2025, meeting:
- 372 Road 11: An application for minor variance. The applicants are proposing the construction of an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) in their front yard. The proposal requires relief from Town’s current by-laws, which permit ADUs in the rear or interior side yard only. A-2025-10

Notice of Consideration of Amendments to Fees and Charges, Water and Sewage Rate for 2026

Kingsville Town Council will consider amendments to the Fees and Charges Bylaw and the Water and Sewage Rate Bylaw at its regular Council meeting on Monday, November 17, 2025. The meeting begins at 6:00 pm.
Charging fees for services that benefit specific users helps us reduce the burden on taxpayers as a whole. We review our fees and charges annually to ensure they are set at the appropriate levels to maintain efficiencies in the municipality.
