Fire Department Holds 'Push-In' Ceremony for New Rescue Truck

Our Kingsville Fire and Rescue Team held a fire truck “Push-In” ceremony on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, to recognize the arrival of the brand-new rescue, a 2023 Metalfab Side Mount Rescue.
This tradition dates back to the 18th century when firefighters had to manually push horse-drawn steam engines into the station manually.

Kingsville Town Council approved the 2024 Budget at its December 6, 2023, budget deliberations. The tax increase for the average home is $158.17. Based on MPACs assessment values, the average home in Kingsville is assessed at $250,000.
The annual budget supports various services, such as roads, police, fire, parks and recreation, and waste collection. Additionally, it provides an opportunity to allocate resources towards strategic priorities and capital projects.

Kingsville's Water Meter Upgrade project has begun. The Town of Kingsville is upgrading all water meters within the community. This upgrade is necessary as many of the current meters have exceeded their lifespan and the Automated Meter Reading (AMR) technology has become obsolete. Neptune Technology Group has been contracted to perform the upgrade and you will soon receive an introductory letter from them on behalf of the municipality.
