Kingsville Declares On-Street Parking Ban for 72 Hours Effective 12:30 pm on March 10, 2023

The Town of Kingsville has declared an on-street parking ban to commence winter control operations. On-street parking is now prohibited for a period of 72 hours, effective 12:30 pm on Friday, March 10, 2023. Parking on residential streets during a ban carries a $35.00 fine (By-Law 63-2022). You can find alternate parking at one of ourfree municipal parking lots. Residents and businesses must also remove portable items (such as basketball nets, garbage cans, portable signs, etc.) from roadways...

Festivals and Events Ontario (FEO) announced the 2023 Top 100 Festivals and Events in Ontario at its Annual Conference "CELEBRATE" on March 8, 2023. Kingsville was thrilled to be acknowledged for both Kingsville Open Streets and Kingsville Migration Festival. The Top 100 recipients represent festivals and events that excel within the industry.

Planning Items for Review at March 21, 2023 Committee of Adjustment and Appeals

Town Defers Yard Waste Pickup to Continue Focusing on Chipping Large Piles

The Town of Kingsville is delaying the previously scheduled yard waste pickup with our contractor until Town staff have removed most of the large wood piles.
The Town initially scheduled the Yard Waste pickup for March 2nd.
"We need more time to clear large areas before our contractor can come in and take care of the smaller bundles. We were concerned our contractor would need to bypass too many areas if they came out so early, and it just wouldn't be cost-efficient for the taxpayers," said...
