Two events, the Children’s Easter Egg Hunt and Dog’s Easter Egg Hunt, return Saturday, April 19, 2025.
The Children’s Easter Egg Hunt is happening at Lakeside Park starting at 10:00 am. Ages 1-4 will begin at 11:00 am and ages 5-8 will begin at 11:30 am. In the event of bad weather, the event will move inside to the Lakeside Park Pavilion.

Kingsville Announces Great Migration Paint Out Award Winners from Migration Festival Weekend

Artists from across Canada and United States propped their easels all over town, grabbing their inspiration from Kingsville’s various landscapes and landmarks, as part of the long-standing outdoor (or “en Plein air” in French) painting tradition that happens every fall in Kingsville.
The four-day competition had over 100 participants competing for awards in three categories:
- Adult Category
- Two-Hour Quick Paint Competition
- Children and Youth Categories

The Great Migration Kick-Off: live performances from Jody Raffoul

Tomorrow Friday, October 18 marks the official kick-off of the 55th annual Migration Festival at the Grovedale Arts & Culture Centre (103 Park Street) starting at 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
There will be a cash bar open all night at the venue, a light chili dinner hosted by the 2nd Kingsville Scouts, cake, and live performances from Jody Raffoul starting at 6:30 pm.
Tickets are selling fast so make sure to get on the guestlist today for $15+tax.
