This notice has been revised to correct an error on ZBA-2023-8 & SUB 05 22. The number of semi-detached dwellings proposed was corrected from 44 to 48.

The parcel contains an existing retirement home and the applicant is proposing a zoning by-law amendment to allow construction of two townhouse structures, each with 6 dwellings (total of 12 townhouse units), and to set parking requirements at 58 spaces.
