Main Street Construction Update

Construction on Main Street at Jasperson is nearing completion. Asphalt installation is expected to start the week of August 26th. Once complete, line painting and minor restoration will follow. Bridge Replacement on Road 11 Starting July 17, 2024

The Town of Kingsville is replacing a bridge on Road 11. The work will require Road 11 to close between Albuna Townline (County Road 31) and Graham Side Road. The work begins July 17, 2024 and is expected to last until August 21, 2024.
During construction, the road/bridge will be closed at the drain, west of 652 Road 11. Drivers should follow County Road 8 or Road 10 as a detour.

Kingsville to Install Westbound Right-Hand Turn Lane on Main at Jasperson Beginning July 8, 2024

The Town of Kingsville is installing a westbound right-hand turn lane on Main Street at Jasperson Drive to improve traffic capacity in the area. Construction begins the week of July 8, 2024, weather permitting. Recognizing the high traffic volume in this area, we expect traffic inconvenience during the estimated six-week construction period.

Resurfacing Graham Sideroad Begins July 4th

Kingsville will begin resurfacing Graham Sideroad from Road 3 East to Highway 3 on July 4th. This work is expected to last approximately two weeks, weather permitting. Please note that through traffic will not be permitted during construction. Detour signage will be in place to guide you to alternative routes. We appreciate your patience during construction.
Paving Work Begins at Mettawas Park

The Town of Kingsville is preparing to pave the parking lot at Mettawas Park. The contractor is installing fencing and will begin work next week.
As a result, the parking lot will be closed to the public starting this Friday, April 19, 2024, and will remain closed until the project is completed in early June (weather permitting).
