Notice of Intent to Remove the Holding Zone Symbol

Kingsville Town Council will review the following application at its December 15, 2025 meeting:
ZBA-2025-10: An application to remove the Holding Symbol. The applicant is proposing the holding provisions be lifted to permit development of Gardner Estates subdivision (County of Essex File number 37-T-24001).
The meeting starts at 6:00 pm at the Unico Community Centre, 37 Beech Street. Please review the notice linked above and follow the directions to submit your comments.

Notice of Consideration of Amendments to Fees and Charges, Water and Sewage Rate for 2026

Kingsville Town Council will consider amendments to the Fees and Charges Bylaw and the Water and Sewage Rate Bylaw at its regular Council meeting on Monday, November 17, 2025. The meeting begins at 6:00 pm.
Charging fees for services that benefit specific users helps us reduce the burden on taxpayers as a whole. We review our fees and charges annually to ensure they are set at the appropriate levels to maintain efficiencies in the municipality.
