Town Extends Public Engagement Window for Draft Short-Term Rental By-law

The Town of Kingsville is collecting public feedback on the draft Short Term Rental (STR) By-law. The comments submitted will help inform changes to the Draft By-law before it is presented to Council. HaveYourSayKingsville - Draft Short Term Rental Bylaw Available Online

The Town of Kingsville has prepared a Draft Short-Term Rental (STR) By-law that would license the short-term rental market in our community. Council will consider this By-law at an upcoming Council meeting in the Fall.

Administration held a Public Information Meeting on September 24, 2024 to present the main aspects of the Draft By-law and answer questions from the public.
