Persons holding an outstanding Building Department Permit issued by the Town of Kingsville prior to January 19, 2019 must notify the Planning and Development Services Department in person, on or before January 19, 2026 if they wish to inquire about a refund of any Indemnity Deposit balance being held.

The Town of Kingsville is sharing information on behalf of the Port of Kingsville to inform residents about the upcoming dredging of Kingsville Harbour. The Port of Kingsville expects the dredge vessel to arrive in Kingsville this weekend (July 19, 2025). Kingsville Launches 24-Hour-a-Day Hotline for Short-Term Rental Complaints

The Town of Kingsville has a new 24-hour-a-day Short-Term Rental Hotline to report nuisances at neighbouring short-term rental properties.
Short-Term Rentals include bed and breakfasts, hotels, motels, inns, and any structure, or part thereof, used for temporary lodging for a period of 28 consecutive days or less in exchange for payment. Short-Term Rentals do not include short-term accommodation where this is no payment.
