Recycling Dates for January 2026

The Town of Kingsville is notifying residents about the upcoming recycling dates in January. They are:
- January 7
- January 21
These dates are missing from your 2025 Collection Calendar because they were unconfirmed at the time of printing.
A reminder that you will be using the new single-stream recycling bin from Circular Materials starting in January. Learn more about your recycling program, collected by GFL and administered by Circular Materials.
Kingsville Approves its 2026 Budget

Kingsville Town Council approved the 2026 Budget at its December 10, 2025, budget deliberations. The municipal tax increase is 5.9%, which represents an annual increase of $126.07 on the average home in Kingsville.*
2.1% of the tax increase (or $44.91 on the average home in Kingsville) is from a $535,107 increase to the Town’s Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) contract related to new, province-wide OPP wage contracts outside of Council’s control.

In April, the Town of Kingsville began accepting expressions of interest related to its Settlement Area Boundary Review and created a public engagement page on its citizen engagement platform, Have Your Say, Kingsville!
