Notice of Passing of Interim Control By-law 24-2025

At its Monday, April 14, 2025 Council meeting, in response to concerns regarding capacity at the Ruthven Sanitary System, Council passed an Interim Control By-law that prohibits construction, alteration, or expansion of any building or structure in Kingsville that would add discharge to the Ruthven Sanitary System for a one-year period, and directed Administration to take immediate steps to improve capacity, and complete a more detailed review and make recommendations to address these issues.

Due to rain, the Kingsville Dog Easter Egg Hunt has been cancelled. Everyone who registered will be contacted and will get a full refund. We hope to see you next year!

Linden Beach Dog Park will be closed this Saturday, April 19, 2025

Linden Beach Dog Park will be closed Saturday, April 19 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm to host the Kingsville Dog Easter Egg Hunt. Repko Dog Park remains open.
There's still time to register your dog or come by to see one of the dog-friendly vendors. Pre-registration closed on Thursday, April 17 at 12:00 pm but you can also sign up the day-of from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm. Get more information at kingsville.ca/easter.
If there is poor weather, this event will be cancelled and participants will be refunded.
