Construction Updates
The following is a list of projects that are in progress throughout the Town of Kingsville:
- Spruce and Watermill Street Reconstruction
- 2011 Sewer Separation Project affecting Cemetery Road, Prince Albert Street South, McDonald Street, Mill Street West (Queen to Cemetery) and Pearl Street West (Queen to Cemetery)
- Division Road North Reconstruction
The Reconstruction of Division Road North from Palmer to approximately 150 meters north of Road 2 is scheduled to commence September 12, 2011. This work includes the construction of one northbound, one southbound, one centre turning lane, concrete curb and gutter with improved drainage and catchbasins. The intersection of Road 2 at Division will also be fully reconstructed from approximately 60m west of Division Road to approximately 180m east of Division Road with one eastbound, one westbound, one turning lane and concrete curb and gutter. In addition, a concrete sidewalk and an asphalt multipurpose pathway will be constructed - Downtown Sidewalk Replacement - Main and Division Streets
This project includes the complete removal and replacement of the concrete sidewalks along the South side of Main Street from Division Street to the east limit of the Catholic Church property and the east side of Division Street from Main Street to Pearl Street. ALL BUSINESSES WILL REMAIN OPEN AND HAVE ACCESS DURING THIS PROJECT. This work is scheduled to commence September 12, 2011. - Urban Road Resurfacing and Curb Replacement
This project includes the complete removal and replacement of the concrete curb and gutter as well as the milling and placement of a new asphalt road surface. This work is scheduled to commence September 12, 2011- Notification of Construction Commencement

- Beech Street Road Resurfacing, Sidewalk and Curb Replacement
This project includes the complete removal and replacement of the concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter as well as the milling and placement of new asphalt road surface. This work is expected to commence September 26, 2011- Notification of Construction Commencement
